Hey there!

I’m Felix, a queer young adult based in Perth, Australia.

When I’m not increasing shareholder value, I like to spend my free time playing tabletop games, writing, worldbuilding, doing art, and working on personal projects. This website showcases some of my personal projects and houses my small business Community Youth Roleplaying.

For me, 2025 is the year of projects, development, and travel. 2026 and beyond…. We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it!

The World of Nemora

Is a bright, authentic, folksy, and grounded fantasy world full of of warm and thriving communities of the Fairlands. On the Fairlands’ outer edge live homesteaders who work hard and rely on those around them to build a fulfilling life. And a day’s trek past the last of the homesteads, vibrant wilderness, full of adventure!

“So where did it start?”

It all started on these benches

“what were you doing on those benches?”

Being all artsy doing automatic drawing of these trees!

“okay, so what then?”

For a 2 years Nemora was a D&D world for a long running campaign

And I got sick of it!

The heroics of D&D, and the pressure to prep for the game (rather than the world) had caused me to make a lot of choices that strayed from the original vision. It was a good learning moment about creating a setting that harmonises with the game system you play.

And chanelled all my experience with the world, and the ideas I had been building in the background, and the creative energy I had stored, into worldbuilding sketchbooks. The first sketchbook was to ideate, and the second to was to refine. All the creative works I’ve made for Nemora since, have been an act of discovery.

The selection of images below shows both low fidelty scans and high fidelity worldbuilding for Nemora, while they shouldn’t give you a complete understanding of the world, they should give you a bit of an idea on how I work, and a bit of the vibe of Nemora! If you want in depth discussion of the world, check out the newsletter.

So I started again, from the ground up

My Other Projects

Community Youth Roleplaying is my small business designed to bring Tabletop Roleplaying games to local youth spaces.

Fairland Press is my game design and publishing brand. I’ve published a few small free games, but I have two larger projects on the way.

The newsletter includes Nemoran world building, narrative, and the behind the scenes development of my projects
